Do you accept refunds, returns or exchanges?

- No refunds, returns or exchanges.

Do you provide the footwear?

- The customer ALWAYS provides the footwear UNLESS stated otherwise (please read product descriptions for clarity).

Do you ship internationally?

- For custom designs, I ship to any country, but customer ALWAYS pays shipping fees.

- If you are ordering items from my store, I only ship in the USA, and the shipping is free.

Can anyone order from you?

- Yes I am always accepting orders from paying customers, unless stated otherwise.

Is your work durable?

-Yes my work is fully wearable and durable. Please remember it is artwork, so treat it as such to get the most wear out of it.

Can I provide used footwear to get customized?

-Shoes must be NEW or worn ONCE if they are getting customized.

Can I skip the line if I need a custom done before the stated wait time?

-It depends on my work load at the time, but if I allow it, a RUSH fee will be included on top of the artwork price.

Do you restore sneakers?

-Starting June 1, 2020, I will NO longer clean or restore sneakers.

What if I want something other than shoes painted?

-I am open to painting anything! Please email me at liv@lacedbyliv.com to get started.

Do you offer free work in return for a shoutout/collaboration, etc?

-No, everyone is to be treated equally as long as they are a customer of mine. No work is free under any circumstance.

What is your payment policy?

-Full payment must be made in order to reserve your spot on my order list. Shoes are no longer to be shipped prior to paying.

How do I place an order?

-Please fill out a contact form on my website. I am no longer answering DM’s or social media messages of any kind.
